You may request a return of stock items within 14 days of delivery. You must email us before returning any item to obtain a return authorization number and let us know what's wrong. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA# or after 14 days of delivery. All items returned must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. Stainless covers must still have the protective film in place. Used, customized, etched, powder coated or prepped parts are non-returnable. Custom license plate frames and custom emblems are non-returnable. Package and insure all items for their full value as damaged or lost items cannot be exchanged or refunded. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is being returned due to defect or an error on our part in completing your order. Original shipping, handling & rush charges are non-refundable; if original shipping was "free", actual shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
Cancellations on non-customized (fuse box covers, t-top shades, etc) products made before tracking information has been provided will incur a 5% processing fee. Cancellations on custom products (emblems, etched battery cover, etc) made before approval will incur a 5% processing fee. Design fees are non-refundable. Custom products may not be cancelled after approval. Orders may not be cancelled 10 days or less in advance of the scheduled ship date. Rush orders may not be cancelled.
